Purpose
Shupervizyon Research Lab was founded to advance evidence-based practice in social work and to meet the need for knowledge across different fields of social work.
Vision
To be a research centre where social work practice is informed by research findings and where the field’s need for knowledge is met with reliable answers.
Mission
To carry out practice-oriented research together with social workers, institutions and civil society organisations; to share findings in a clear and accessible way; and to inform training and supervision that support evidence-based practice.
